ladies, i'm sorry there's a slight change for this saturday's training.
attire will be changed to black
friendly with vjc will start at 12, we'll have a short training before that at 10 a.m.
some freshies will be joining us for the friendly (good thing)
do circulate the message around and make sure everyone in the team wears black..
most importantly,
play hard when we're up against VJ & frequent the gym or jog at your own free time.
Nad has been pro-active in organising meet-ups to go gym. keep it up (:
so that's all.
remember, it's black attire and come for training at 10 sharp.
