I hope you girls realize pol-ite is exactly 2 weeks away from us. Those who have been religiously turning up for training and the coaches, especially, have been understanding and giving you girls the benefit of doubt, but I hope none of you had taken it for granted. I don't want to keep repeating myself even when POL-ITE is only 2 weeks away that attendance is compulsory. I tolerate reasons like family obligations before, but I have to stress this point, this reason will no longer be valid.

For those of you who had family obligations, please persuade & seek understanding from your family members. I had tried to give you girls my understanding and not ask any further questions whenever you girls text me messages about why you are not coming. So I need everyone to corporate as a team and do the necessary arrangements, with your family, friends, and other commitments you have. It is time you should be understanding and act like an adult. For those with family obligation, please call me up if you need my help to speak to you family members.

It gets very frustrating to see my own team mates not attending trainings when we still have too much flaws. Each time, less than 10 people turn up. It is seriously annoying to train without the rest of the team. I don't know what this team means to you, but I hope you girls have a sense of belonging and responsibility to turn up. Please exercise your judgment appropriately and have a clear sense of direction, place your priorities right since we only have 2 weeks.

This time round the coaches are committing a lot of their time, especially both days on every weekends, I don't wish to let their effort go down the drain. If lack of commitment from the previous coach was our problem, I don't see why we are not improving as a team now that we have new coaches who are able to dedicate more time for us.

Do some form of reflection and attendance should not be less then 15 from the next training onwards, unless you suffer from injuries. I think this is time you show me you are worthy to be part of the team. By the end of POL-ITE, I will only award CCA points for players who have been dedicated.

Whatever your reasons were, I had done my best to give you acceptance without further questioning you. It is now time show us some form of consideration and dedication towards the team.

I want to see full attendance from Tuesday's training onwards, except for Darsh who needs to recover from her injury. I don't accept anymore excuses unless with any official reasons.

Tuesday: 7.45pm - 9.45pm
Attire: Whatever you are comfortable in

Saturday: 1pm - 4pm
Attire: Black

Sunday: 2pm - 5pm
Attire: White

Whoever unable to turn up, for good(official) reasons, text ME & BOTH THE COACHES.

Also take note, FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT, I WILL BE GIVING AWARDS TO THOSE PLAYERS WHO HAVE BEEN PERFORMING. I don't look at this in terms of skills, I will set my basis on your overall performance - attendance, how motivated you are, how you have been helping the team improve, your corporation with the coaches & how hard your work in every training. THE SPORTS AWARD WILL BE REFLECTED IN YOUR RECORDS.
