Ladies,
training on tuesday (tomorrow), 02/09/2008.
time: 7.45 PM the timing is set based on the consensus of our malay team mates, so for those who didn't turn up for the previous training, as usual, u just have to follow the timing pre-set by those who turned up :)
attire: not so strict this time, since it's physical training, please come in whatever you are comfortable in. no need to bring skipping rope. (nad and jaja must be grateful for this! haha)
I appreciate it that Year 3 seniors are turning up for trainings since holiday started. i understand you guys have FYPs and other things to attend to, so i'm really glad to see attendance for YR3s improve so well. Keep up the good work and do continue to turn up for the subsequent trainings. Lastly, all the best for your projects!
as for year 1s, do something about your lousy attendance, since ur yr 3 seniors have FYP to attend to and they still are able to turn up for training, there's no reason you should be absent. expect to run more rounds around the track should your attendance continue to fall. I'm taking this seriously since competitions is 1 month away.
on top of the physical training, there will be 2 stick work training on weekends, SATURDAY and SUNDAY.
saturday's training will start at 12.30 and sunday's training will be from 2 PM to 4 PM.
as usual, those who cannot turn up, inform me via sms.
NOTE TO PLAYERS WITH INJURIES, please take care of urself during this period of time, we can't afford to lose any players. Darsh and Nad, ur knees, put in extra care. others with injuries, please speak up so that the coaches and i will know.
meanwhile, get plenty of rest and drink more water. i suspect tomorrow's training is a KILLER. really.
